Please do not jeopardize your oral health because of fear of periodontal treatment… What meant so much to me is that he listened to my concerns and addressed all my questions. Since my initial meeting with Dr. Carbonaro, I have had periodontal surgery, and extraction, bone augmentation and an implant off with the greatest confidence in the best possible outcome with believe me, the most minimal discomfort.
